Volleyball

Rules

• Maximum of 8 players per team.
• Participants on the field during the match will be 6 players and 2 substitutes.
• Teams can touch the ball up to 3 times before sending it over the net.
• Crossing the line under the net awards a point to the opponent.
• A player may not touch the ball twice in a row during a rally.
• No attacks are allowed on the serve.
• Crossing the service line results in a point for the opponent.
• At deuce, a team must win two consecutive points to secure the set.
• Boys and girls' matches are best of 3 sets, each set of 15 points.
• These rules may be modified by event management based on situational requirements.

Mixed Volleyball Rules

• Maximum of 9 players per team (4 male players, 2 female players, 3 substitutes).
• Teams can touch the ball up to 3 times before sending it over the net.
• Crossing the line under the net awards a point to the opponent.
• A player may not touch the ball twice in a row during a rally.
• No attacks are allowed on the serve.
• Crossing the service line results in a point for the opponent.
• At deuce, a team must win two consecutive points to secure the set.
• Boys and girls' matches are best of 3 sets, each set of 15 points.
• These rules may be modified by event management based on situational requirements.

Note: All categories will have separate teams for both girls and boys unless stated otherwise.
